To reassure confidence in travel and offer travellers a COVID-safe haven, Vilamendhoo follows the ‘A Safe Holiday Experience in Paradise’ enhanced health & safety programme and complies with stringent protocols on cleanliness and sanitation that adhere to the latest instructions from the Maldives Health Protection Agency (HPA) and the World Health Organization (WHO). In addition, on-site PCR testing facilitation is available for those guests with this compulsory requirement.
In cooperation with the Maldives’ Ministry of Health and Ministry of Tourism, more than 97% of Vilamendhoo team members have now been fully vaccinated. It is in fulfillment of the resort’s strong dedication to safeguarding team members and guests against the spread of COVID-19.
